1. Futures Governance Lab (FGL)
Flagship Fellowship & Applied Policy Lab
The Futures Governance Lab is the intellectual and leadership core of Global Politics Affairs. It is a six-month global fellowship bringing together emerging leaders in policy, research, technology, and civic innovation to explore how governance must evolve in response to accelerating global change.
What the Lab Does
The Lab operates as both a fellowship and a research environment where participants:
Foresight Methods
Learn advanced methods in foresight, scenario planning, and systems thinking
Challenge Analysis
Analyse real-world governance challenges across countries and sectors
Policy Stress-Testing
Stress-test existing policies against multiple future scenarios
Model Design
Design innovative governance models that respond to uncertainty
